Our apple processing plant is located in the heart of the beautiful Pacific Northwest where we have access to growers of the best apples in the world. We specialize in providing high quality processed apples to industrial bakeries, food service companies, and pie filling manufacturers as well as a variety of specialty markets for niche opportunities.
We start with top quality apples and add in state-of-the-art equipment and professional processing designed to industry best practices. In addition to conventional apples we are the region’s largest certified organic apple processor and our plant is ready to supply your needs for high quality processed apples whether you are looking for sliced or diced, IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) or fresh.
We understand that the quality of your product will be reflected in the quality of the raw material from which it is made. Our Quality Assurance team approves our suppliers by verifying their internal food safety programs and by random quality audits. Our facility follows strict GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and allergen control programs and procedures.
